Minimum opening order: $200.00 for most items. $100.00 for reorders.
A 10% surcharge will be applied for orders under minimum
Late Payments: Add 2% per month (24% annum plus collection and attorney fees)
A $40 fee will be applied to returned checks.
Discounts: Failure to pay invoices within terms of the invoice will result in loss of any and all discounts, and a revised invoice will be issued at the full price. A 3% convenience fee is added to accounts with open terms that pay by credit card.
Shipping: Small orders under 500lbs will be shipped via UPS. Large orders will be shipped “Best Way” collect or as per our customers instructions. If shipping on your own account a per box handling fee will apply. We DO NOT ship C.O.D.
Residential Deliveries: Will incur additional charges and may be invoices separately.
Damaged Items: In order to receive credit or replacement please see the following:
Retain all packaging materials and cartons and call our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise.
Always make note of any damaged boxes on the waybill at the time of receipt.
Please have your invoice number, item number and quantity, and a detailed description of the problem when you call.
Restocking fee: a fee of 20% is charged on all re-stocked merchandise

Product variation: Many of our products are crafted by hand and some variation in design, color and shape is to be expected. Please note that slight cracks and variations are normal for wooden products and should not be considered a defect. Please tell us about any variation that affects salability at the time of your next order and Cohasset will offer an appropriate solution. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.
